We must receive full payment for all goods before your order can be accepted and shipped. Once payment has been received we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending a confirmation email to the email address provided by yourselves at time of order. This then becomes a legally binding contract between us. ("yourself" the customer and "us" amiewolfenden.com).

Making a purchase at amiewolfenden.com is simple. Add all the desired items into your shopping basket. Once you have done so and are happy with your order click checkout. This will direct you to the secure payment page where you will be asked to provide the relevant shipping and payment details. Once you have placed your order, payment will be taken and you will be given an order number. A confirmation of your order will also be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. Amiewolfenden.com collects customer information, such as name, email address and postal address in order to fulfil any orders placed. All information is held securely on a private platform. 

All major credit and debit cards are accepted, plus payment through PayPal and Shopify. 

We take great care to ensure the item descriptions and specifications are correct when preparing the content of this website.
Every effort is made to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear on the website. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. 
All prices on our website are accurate at the time of publication. Prices are in UK pounds sterling (£).

@amiewolfenden.com is a UK based, hand made to order, clothing brand. Every single order placed through the website is completely produced from scratch, cut out and sewn from the fabric and sizing you have selected. It's especially hand made for you/to order and therefore can not be returned or exchanged due to this service. 

Once your order is confirmed through the website, I will then begin the in-house production process. Due to the short turn around time I work from, I am unable to cancel or make any amendments to your order from the point of confirmation. Please double check that all information selected and input by yourself (for example size, fabric colour, address details) is correct. 

All hand made orders are thoroughly inspected before packing and posting out to you. If in the event an item arrives with you faulty, you have 24 hours of receipt to report this via the contact form on my website - subject section please insert 'faulty item'. We can not be held responsible for faults reported after the 24 hour period of receiving. Photographic evidence is also required. If the item is to be found faulty we will aim to send out a replacement when possible. In some cases we may need you to return the faulty/damaged item to us. Please do not dispose of any faulty items unless advised to do so from us.

Brexit - From the 1st January 2021, orders placed from an EU country may be subject to an import duty/customs fee charge. If you are contacted by the courier regarding a customs fee charge, the charge must be paid by yourself to enable the release and delivery of your parcel. I will not be held responsible for this charge.
