Below are some frequently asked questions that I have already answered for you, to try and help. Please make sure you have thoroughly read through these Q&A’s before completing the contact form. Your answer may already be there?

Product showing out of stock. Will you restock? 

Please note that this is not a guarantee, all fabric and stock quantities are shown as limited to begin with.

If a product of mine is extremely popular, I will try my best to restock. However, this will be dependent on fabric availability. If I can repurchase from my supplier? 

Why do you only offer a certain amount of products at one time?

So that I can meet my turn around time stated at the top of my website `BLACK BANNER’. This is just a starting point, I do plan to expand with a team in future so that I can offer more quantities, fabrics, styles etc.

Are you going to add all of your old designs onto the website too?

Unfortunately not, only a few of my old designs/best sellers will be added onto my website. I’m sorry. 

Do you really hand make each item to order?

Yes, that is correct. Every single item is hand made to order by myself, from my U.K. studio based in West Yorkshire.

What is your turn around time for hand making?

All turn around details are stated right at the very top of my website 'BLACK BANNER'. This is how long your order will take to be hand made. Please take note of this.

Your estimated delivery time is on top of this turn around time. All delivery information can be found under the 'HELPFUL LINKS’ section 'DELIVERY'.

Unfortunately I can not offer a rush service with working alone. 

Do you offer a custom service? Can you help bring an idea I have to life?

Unfortunately not. I currently work alone and I just don't have the time to add custom orders into my workload. I'm sorry.

Can I add something to your design? For example - Sleeve? Skirt lining?

This would be classed as a custom order, as above. My designs are hand made as seen/advertised only.

Would I be able to change the print or colour of your design?

All print and colour options available for that particular design are shown on my website.

Do you deliver outside of the U.K.?

Yes, Of course. All delivery information can be found on the 'Helpful Links' section at the bottom of my website 'Delivery'.

I live local to West Yorkshire. Could I collect instead?

This is not something I can offer with the space I work from. All orders are posted out using the Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For service.

I have placed an order with you but I haven't received my confirmation email?

Your order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you have provided when you placed your order through the website.

Sometimes your order confirmation email can fall into your JUNK/SPAM folder by mistake, so please check for this also.

Where is my tracking number?

Your tracking number will be sent to your order confirmation email address once your order has been dispatched.

Why do you only offer U.K. Size 4-12?

This sizing is only temporary. I’m self taught so it’s down to a confidence and experience thing. I do plan to expand on this in future and offer you so much more.

Do you offer student discounts?

I do not offer student discounts unfortunately. However, I do plan to offer small discounts and competitions throughout the year through my social media pages. So be sure to follow and keep a look out.

Where do you purchase your fabrics from?

I purchase my fabrics from all over the U.K. and from other parts of the world too. My suppliers are top secret though I’m afraid.
