Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming your tracking number. You can then track your delivery progress through the Royal Mail website or DPD website - Track & Trace.

Delivery costs are automatically calculated at the checkout and are based on the size and weight of your parcel.

Brexit - From the 1st January 2021, orders placed from an EU country may be subject to an import duty/customs fee charge of around €15. If you are contacted by the courier regarding a customs fee charge, the charge must be paid by yourself to enable the release and delivery of your parcel. I will not be held responsible for this charge and your handmade order will not be refunded if you refuse to pay this. I am only a small business and this is unfortunately out of my hands. I hope you can understand this.
